The Franz Park Community Association is excited to move to Wilkinson Early Childhood Center at Roe (1921 Prather St. Louis, MO 63139) for our general monthly meetings.

Join us for our first meeting at the school on Thursday, September 26^th at 7PM. To kick off the meeting, the principal will provide a tour of the school and the new learning garden. After the tour, we will meet in the cafeteria with the regular updates from the alderman, police, and neighborhood stabilization officer.  We will continue to meet at Wilkinson starting at 7PM on the fourth Thursday of the month (except November and December).

We will have an informal Franz Park Community Association meeting on Thursday, August 23rd at Colombo’s on Manchester.

Some appetizers will be provided. Depending on the weather, we will either be on the patio or in the basement.

The May Franz Park Community Association neighborhood meeting will be held on Thursday, May 26th, 2011 at 7:30 pm in the basement of The Gathering church on McCausland Ave (map below).

Missouri State Representative Susan Carlson will be at the meeting to discuss the happenings in state district 64 and answer any questions you may have regarding Missouri state affairs.

As always, feel free to show up a little early at 7:00 to enjoy refreshments and socialize with your fellow Franz Park neighbors.

The April Franz Park Community Association neighborhood meeting will be held on Thursday, March 28th, 2011 at 7:30 pm in the basement of The Gathering church on McCausland Ave (map below).

Gregory Wolk, Esq., Civil War historian, will be the guest speaker for the evening. He will discuss Missouri’s role in the Civil War. You will have an opportunity to buy his book, Friend and Foe Alike: A Tour Guide to Missouri’s Civil War for $30.

As always, feel free to show up a little early at 7:00 to enjoy refreshments and socialize with your fellow Franz Park neighbors.

The March Franz Park Community Association neighborhood meeting will be held on Thursday, March 24th, 2011 at 7:30 pm in the basement of The Gathering church on McCausland Ave (map below).

The candidates for the 24th ward Alderman will be at the meeting to discuss their plans and positions should they be elected Alderman.
