The Franz Park Community Association is excited to move to Wilkinson Early Childhood Center at Roe (1921 Prather St. Louis, MO 63139) for our general monthly meetings.
Join us for our first meeting at the school on Thursday, September 26th at 7PM. To kick off the meeting, the principal will provide a tour of the school and the new learning garden. After the tour, we will meet in the cafeteria with the regular updates from the alderman, police, and neighborhood stabilization officer. We will continue to meet at Wilkinson starting at 7PM on the fourth Thursday of the month (except November and December).

The Franz Park Community Association would like to know how to better represent and serve the Franz Park community. We invite you to take a brief survey to tell us what you would like to see the community association do. We anticipate the survey will take you about 5 minutes.
Franz Park Community Association (FPCA) is a nonprofit community association with the goal of bringing people together to keep our neighborhood safe and neighbors informed about City processes and programs. Neighborhood participation gives you a stronger, united voice in civic life and joins us in shared neighborhood projects. The Franz Park neighborhood is in the city of St. Louis generally between Dale Ave., Manchester Ave. and St. Louis City’s western border. It is one of three neighborhoods which make up St. Louis’ Dogtown area.
